The Wizard of Oz is an allegory of today, showing people how relationships can work better between the sexes and those with different political views--and how to sort the wise from the foolish. The world is full of deceiving spirits destroying hope, separating people from Love, and attempting to steal, kill, and destroy what people love and care about. Humans have been given power over this evil, just as Dorothy's ruby slippers held power and protection she didn't understand. You will understand in this book.
Dorothy was an orphan and many people are spiritual orphans, looking for a permanent connection to Love and a place to call home. Through examining the Scarecrow thinking of the left brain, Tinman's emotional and creative connection to spirit with the right brain, we observe Lion's FEAR keeping the soul from fulfilling its destiny. It is clear these three characters are the trinity of the human soul.
