Betrayal, redemption and the fate of nations intertwined…
As the world holds its breath during the historic Reagan-Gorbachev summit, Viktor Voloshin, a former Moscow cop now working with a private security firm, finds himself embroiled in a deadly game of espionage. A high-ranking US military attaché is seeking to defect and hand over vital secrets to the Soviet Union, and Voloshin is tasked with taking her in.
But when a notorious Russian criminal syndicate, led by the cunning Roman Sokolov, hijacks the defector for their own nefarious purposes, Voloshin’s mission takes an unexpected turn. With the clock ticking, he uncovers Sokolov's hidden fortress in Leningrad and sets in motion a daring rescue plan.
With crucial treaties on the line, the former cop must navigate a labyrinth of danger to confront Sokolov. Can Voloshin prevent a catastrophic shift in power, or will global chaos ensue?
