Smudgehead

Alex is going to write the most perfect story for school ever! Until he smudges his hero’s head. With a little help from his classmate, Claire, Alex dubs his hero “Smudgehead”, bringing the crafty hero to life! Although that problem’s fixed, Alex is having a hard time figuring out where to start. With a grumble in his stomach, a bit of peanut butter and jelly inspiration should do the trick! How about some tasty chocolate milk motivation? Cheese spray? Oh no! Before he knows it, Alex’s paper is covered in cheesy hamster footprints, ink splots, and a huge hole from trying to clean up the mess!

Thankfully, Miss Shinkletoot reminds Alex that happy mistakes can sometimes turn into something wonderful too! So, with a bit of creativity and quick thinking, Alex turns his snacktime spills into Smudgehead’s first adventure!  Join Smudgehead through the bloopy, gloopy peanut butter and jelly swamp, past the gang of angry cheese hawks, and to the bridge of Blobalot to save the princess from the evil Scribba-saurus! Or perhaps she will save him!
