  • Overview

A dark, romantic comedy, this story follows a feminist teen blogger who decides it is time to prove that sex on the web is not just for men. During a rainy summer in a northern seaside town, Amy resolves to show that sexual choice is firmly in the hands of women, by persuading new love interest Callum to film her first time. Meanwhile, Callum has his own issues to deal with, including a mother on the edge of a nervous breakdown and an obsession with faded porn star Jaze.

Kim Wiltshire is a writer and lecturer at Edge Hill University. Her plays include: Joy With Child and The Loser. In 2013 she was part of the North West playwrights' Alligator Club, with Blackout at The Dukes, Lancaster and Pages From My Songbook at The Royal Exchange Studio. Short fiction includes: The Rose Seller in Migration Stories (Commonword) and The Loser in the Good Ear Review. She is Lead Artist for Lime Arts and has worked with Activ8, Burnley Youth Theatre and Lets Go Global.
