Overview
With the intention of empowering young voters aged 18–36 ahead of the
2020 US presidential election, Project 270 enlisted nearly 70
established and emerging street artists to create posters encouraging
viewers to “Get Out the Vote.”
Every discrete poster was impressed with a “postmark,” representing each of the 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and Washington, DC, and major American cities. Project 270 comprised 65 unique posters, and in addition to their physical copies, the compelling images were widely shared through social media channels.
This book serves as a comprehensive document, capturing the fervor and dedication of those involved. It stands as a testament to the passion, creativity, and collective endeavor that fueled Project 270, emphasizing the urgency of civic participation.
Includes Works by the Following Artists:
Swoon, Good Drink, Chor Boogie, Carlton Banxx, Elms One, Krave x Gems, Atomik, 6Cents, Maya Hayuk, Ang R. Bennett, Ninobuni, Andre Russell, ENX, Ron English, Captain Eyeliner, Osiris Rain, Vincent Valdez, Carlos Walker, Jesse Brown, Modifymarla, Mauricio Ramirez, Jonathan Mannion & Dr. Fahamu Pecou, Amy Rattner, and Bob Faust & Nick Cave.
