Overview
Laurel Becker is on the verge of losing the two most important things in her life—her current lover, Elaine Alexander, and the Lavender Page bookstore.
For her part, Elaine is growing increasingly frustrated by Laurel’s long hours at the bookstore. And the fact that Laurel won’t let her help out financially only adds to the mounting tension between them.
