Atsushi Taniguchi started his carrier by opening his first shop Jardin du I’llony in Japan in 2002 with the goal of making people embrace the richness of life with the help of their favorite florist. Taniguchi started taking pictures of flowers and gradually widened his field by providing his photos and flower arrangements to companies for use as promotional materials for their merchandising and advertisements. To express his style and to present his work, Taniguchi self-published a series of photography books called FLOWBULOUS, which sold more than 30,000 copies in Japan. Taniguchi’s works have been recognized by iconic luxury brand names and he has done numerous flower arrangements for their stores and events, along with designing floral gifts for their customers.
