Pandora's Box (The Card Game)

Pandora's Box has been opened! All manner of evil creatures, curses, and catastrophes are flooding out into the world—but there is Hope, too, hiding at the bottom of the box. Can you survive the onslaught of monsters and misery to be the last one standing? In this fast-paced, high-stakes strategy game, players must outwit, outlast, and outmaneuver their opponents to survive: steal cards, sabotage rivals, and hold onto the Hope card to emerge victorious.

To begin the game, remove the Hope card, shuffle the deck, and deal five cards face down to each player. Then, place the shuffled deck on top of the Hope card to create the draw pile—whoever opened Pandora’s Box goes first!

On your turn, play as many cards as you like, or choose to pass. But don’t get too comfortable—your rivals will unleash a host of mythical terrors against you, from the rampaging Minotaur to hundred-eyed giants, and serpent-haired Gorgons. The game ends when only one player remains, or when the deck runs out—in that case, the player holding the single Hope card wins.
