  • Overview

When Rebecca Hendricks was a child, her older brother, James, shot and killed himself in front of his family. Images from that night have remained with Rebecca and continue to haunt her in adulthood. Now a doctoral student, Rebecca seeks admittance into Arcadia Psychiatric Facility. On the surface, she tells herself that she is conducting field work for her dissertation; however, she senses deeper impulses stirring in her psyche. While at Arcadia, repressed memories begin to surface, and Rebecca works to piece together various fragments of memory in order to see the past with heightened clarity and quell the darkness that threatens to consume her.
