Overview
ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
Xuan Lan, unarguably a yoga and wellness reference in the Spanish-speaking world, invites us to question what is the meaning of life is and what is our true purpose.
It is not an easy task. She had to ask herself many questions, study, read, and experiment to grow and become who she is today. She opened herself to spirituality, self-awareness, vulnerability, and understood that she had to break away from attachments of the past in order to find a purpose that would make her truly happy. Through her personal journey, Xuan Lan encourages us—always from the heart and with a kind perspective—to be honest with ourselves and consider if we are really living the life we want, or perhaps the life that others intended for us.
Each part of the book includes an exercise: the first is about mindful walking, the second is about deep, relaxing breathing, and the third is a benevolent love meditation.
