Two old war heroes—Ira Silverstein and David Weber—grudgingly answer the call to prevent that outcome. The first item on their agenda: investigate and defang the militant factions using post-war resentments and bigotry to advance their own agendas. And the pair certainly have their work cut out for them as they navigate the CTR’s seething tsunamis of change.
