This new edition of Great Northern Railway includes the best images from the previous two-volume set originally published in 1998, and have been improved vastly over that version.
The photographs in this collection were taken during the years following WW ll until the Great Northern became part of the new Burlington Northern in 1970. While the original books were printed in black-and-white, this new edition contains new color photos taken by the author during the 1950s and 1960s.
