Goodbye Grampy

“Lives are like stories—we don’t know the ending until we get there, and often it’s a surprise.”

A cozy bedtime story reminds Jay of all the great things about his grampy. Like roasting marshmallows under the stars, and sharing an ice cream cone. 

But Grampy is gone, and Jay knows he cannot do those things with Grampy anymore. He can only remember . . . Because when someone’s life ends, all we have left is their story, and Jay wants to re-read all his favourite parts of Grampy’s story.
