God Sees Us (40 Devotions for Teens, By a Teen, on Anxiety, Bullying, Body Image, and More)

When faced with issues like bullying, homework stress, gossip, or the loss of a friend or loved one, teens can feel like they are alone—even unseen. So at age fifteen, Gianna Joy Guzman was inspired to write a devotional for other teens to share hope, encouragement, and God’s love with them.

God Sees Us: Devotions for Teens, By a Teen, on Anxiety, Bullying, Body Image, and More addresses the anxiety, fears, and concerns that all teenagers struggle with. Using her own personal experiences and biblical wisdom, Gianna writes directly to other teens and meets them where they’re at, pointing them to Jesus through it all. 

“I wrote this book because I want to help other teens know they are enough and help them get through every day without feeling like they’re alone,” Gianna says. 

This forty-day devotional helps teens see themselves for who they really are and challenges them to not let others change the way they view themselves but rather focus on God instead.

Gianna tells other teens, “Even when it feels like no one else loves you, God always will. He loves you more than anyone ever can.”
