Mit ihren original erhaltenen figürlichen Glasfenstern und der neogotischen Eichenholz-Ausstattung ist sie ein hoch authentisches Bauwerk des frühen 19. Jahrhunderts. Die Kirche wird seit 1987 als Filiale der Nationalgalerie genutzt, im Innenraum befinden sich zahlreiche Skulpturen der Berliner klassizistischen Schule, unter anderem Werke von Johann Gottfried Schadow und C. D. Rauch.
