Overview
When young Tabitha Flair, discovers a key with mysterious words engraved on it, she is certain it will open the locked abandoned shed in her yard. Instead of gardening tools, Tabitha discovers a whole new world, populated by Star Kitties. Each Star Kitty has the opportunity to take center stage and showcase their particular interest, from solving mysteries to baking to fashion. Tabitha participates in each adventure as she loves spending time on this exciting planet with these stellar felines.
In Forest Kitty and the Monster Surprise, something peculiar is going on. The starflowers in the forest are squished, cakes from the bakery have been stolen, and there are some very scary noises echoing all around. The Star Kitties think there’s a monster on the loose . . . can Tabitha and Forest Kitty figure out what's really going on?
Once again, author-illustrator Laura Ellen Anderson transports chapter book readers to a sweet, stylized world bursting with eye-catching art.
