Overview
Hazel Mack returns in Even Angels Fall, the steamy second novel in the Heaven Sent monster romance series full of humor, charm, and plenty of hunky angels, perfect for fans of Kimberly Lemming.
Cecilia Boudreaux has prioritized her law career over her love life for as long as she can remember. Her hookups are casual, and that’s the way she likes it—human or otherwise.
Raziel has been focused on his role as the Angel King’s second-in-command from the moment he fell through a portal between realms and landed in New Orleans. His life is one of duty and obligation. “Vulnerability” is not a word in his vocabulary.
When the monsters land on the wrong side of the historical preservation committee, Cecilia might be the only human who can help Raziel smooth things over. A monster community library's future hangs in the balance, but what if the real victory is them not fighting long enough to realize they've found true love?
