Overview
Auch wenn das Thema - naturgemäß - bereits viel diskutiert und beschrieben worden ist, eröffnen sich doch neue Aspekte, wenn man mit strikter Konzentration auf eine rechtshistorische Betrachtungsweise den geschriebenen Text analysiert.
