The 5th edition has been updated and contains discussion of recent caselaw, including Tindall v Chief Constable of Thames Valley; Paul v The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust; Thorley v Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust; and Stoffel v Grondona.
The 5th edition also includes discussion of the Defamation and Malicious Publication (Scotland) Act 2021.
