A drifter named Lev shows up in the magic-fueled metropolis known as Old York City and immediately finds himself smack-dab in the middle of a battle between two magic gangs: Old York’s Red Double X’s and Chicago’s Chi-City Conglomerate.
Lev doesn’t love magic, but it’s not like he has much of a choice. Because he’s been thrust into a world of fortune tellers, battle mages, and great big mythological beasts. If he wants to survive he’s going to have to keep his wits about him…and extra rounds in his gun belt.
