Everyday Chocolate wakes up in his shelter, the old abandoned mill, and goes in search of some food, barking with joy. As always, he hides behind the fence of Sarah's house for hours, watching the girl do her homework. Something tells him that he and Sarah can be really good friends. Chocolate imagines that he is already part of her family, and his heart fills with hope. Dreaming of a better future, he manages to overcome the sadness of his past, the memory of that summer when his family abandoned him...
