Big Data and National Governance

Based on the strategic positioning of national big data, this book analyzes the two directions of big data application and strategy. In terms of big data application, on the basis of combing and summarizing the experience of big data development strategy in developed countries, it expounds the specific application direction of big data in national governance from the perspectives of political governance, economic governance, financial governance, new urbanization, statistical integration, and livelihood security. By analyzing the obstacles encountered in the use of big data, this volume puts forward opinions and suggestions on the application of big data in different fields. From the perspectives of big data industry development strategy, big data talent development strategy, data opening and sharing strategy, and big data and national security strategy, this paper discusses the big data development layout of China and further discusses the big data strategic design to enhance the national governance.
