Angel Fall

When the star aerialist in Las Vegas’ s hit cirque show, Angel Fall, plunges to her death mid-performance, the theater rigger blamed for her death claims it was no accident. He says it was murder. No one believes him. Worried about her daughter’ s safety, the mother of the performer who will take the star’ s place hires Jack Tanner, a disabled former LAPD detective turned Las Vegas private investigator, to look into the rigger’ s story. Jack brings an unusual advantage: after a gunshot wound to the head, he developed a rare neurological condition that allows him to perceive fear and deception as flashes of color. From the start, Jack knows the mother is hiding things that may provide what the rigger’ s claim lacks— a motive. When a dangerous man from the mother’ s past shows up, the mother’ s fears are realized and Jack must learn her secrets to save her daughter.
