Overview
In 2006, Pirmin Amrein and Claudio Herzig produced an exemplary contemporary replacement for a farmhouse. The stringent building volume has diverse analogies with traditional farmhouses and is able to further develop the simplicity and nobility of the traditional type. Other notable residential buildings by the Central Swiss architects have all been developed with sophisticated floor plans and spatial disposition.
