The story of a great woman who demonstrated therewards of serving God and declaring faith in Him.
As the story unfolds, we are introduced to a woman who loves the Lord. She also desires to honor those who serve the Lord. It is in her heart to do good things for them. When she notices Elisha, the prophet, passing by her home, she persuades him to come in and eat. After sharing many meals and conversations, she perceives he is a holy man of God and yearns to do more.
After talking with her husband, they agree to build a room, or prophet’s chamber, where he can peacefully pray and rest. Their only motive is to be a blessing to God’s representative, yet they are rewarded with a miracle they never would have thought possible.
