Achromatic Chronicles (Blue)

In a world that discourages curiosity, Jon can't stop asking questions. Then he meets Blue. Achromatic Chronicles: Blue, an all-ages graphic novel from Jay David.

Jon lives in a colorless world where curiosity is discouraged—but he can't stop asking questions or dreaming of something more. When he meets Blue, a living color searching for a missing friend, Jon is pulled into an adventure far bigger than the gray life he's always known.

Together they set off on a journey about wonder, friendship, and finding the courage to be different—the opening chapter of a timeless all-ages series with a bold, color-driven visual hook.

The first volume of the Achromatic Chronicles, a series about adventure, growing up, and discovering your inner power and your own voice—designed to welcome new readers and grow with them. Illustrated by Erik Hodson.

For parents, teachers, and librarians, it's a warm, accessible read about curiosity and courage; for kids, it's the first stop in a series built to grow alongside them.

Jay David is a writer and former fifth-grade teacher whose classroom inspired the Achromatic Chronicles.
