Hey y’all! There are TWO Missys at The Book Company, which makes our company double-awesome!

I’m a combination of Florida and Texas, but, in my heart, I truly feel like a Texan. I love music and was the lead singer and songwriter in a rock band for 10 years that toured nationwide. My favorite things to do, outside of selling books and journals, of course, is to spend time with my boyfriend Richie and our five cats. That’s right, five cats! Ready for their names? Simonchko the Foosh, Winston Oliver Crookshanks III, Sir Nigel Meowmittens of Oscelot Court, Poppa Midnight, and Lady Penelope Whisker Britches of Cobblestone manor.

In my free time, besides hanging with my cats, I enjoy traveling, working out, being with friends, participating in shenanigans and of course, working for The Book Company. Even though I’m not in Texas, I think I work at the most amazing place with the most fabulous people and could not imagine working anywhere else! I am passionate about what I do and I love every minute of it!
