We, at THE BOOK COMPANY, value the trust you've placed in us with your order. Here are a few things you should know about our shipping process that will save you a lot of time, stress and worry ...
- Blank books do not ship from our Florida warehouse. All blank book orders ship directly from hundreds of book publishers' warehouses throughout the United States and Canada.
- In many cases it takes from one day to several days before we receive your order's tracking information from the specific warehouse, depending upon that warehouse's system and organization.
- Despite the delay in providing tracking information, we ask that you remain confident that BOOK COMPANY orders are treated as First-Priority from all of our warehouses and that your order will ship and deliver as you requested.
Shipping Information
Please provide a Contact Name and E-mail Address for order tracking information.
- Customized Books are shipped FOB: Delray Beach, Florida 33445, unless otherwise specified.
- Customized Books can be shipped on 3rd party freight accounts.
- Blank Books ship directly from various publisher warehouses. Please inquire for FOB location.
- Blank Book freight costs will be added to your invoice. We cannot bill 3rd party accounts for Blank Book orders.
- Blank Book orders are not available for shipment to Canada. All book orders to Canada must be customized.
Rush Orders
Rush service is available based on product availability and production schedule.
- Orders requiring faster than normal production time will
incur a Rush Charge of $75 (v). - Rush Orders may require expedited freight service.
- Orders shipping outside of the continental United States
are not available for Rush Service.
RETURNS - All sales (customized books, blank books, sample books)
are NON-RETURNABLE.
